Many landlords have been offered a lump sum buyout of their lease.  We consult with the landlord to assess the costs and benefits of such a sale.  If the landlord decides to proceed, we represent the landlord during the entire process. Besides lease valuation, we also negotiate the purchase agreement, process the paperwork and handle the closing.
